Frugal Easter Eggstravaganza




Ham and Noodles----5 to 6 cups uncooked wide egg noddles, 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup whipping cream, 1-1/2 cup cooked ham, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions: cook noddles according to package directions.Meanwhile, in skillet over medium heat, melt butter. stir in cream. Bring to boil, cook & stir for 2 minutes. Add ham, parmesan cheese, onions, salt and pepper; heat through. Drain noddles- add to ham mixture and heat through. This is great for left over Ham!!!
We also hide money in the kiddos eggs in place of candy!! They seem to really enjoy that!!!
